Strategies towards Cost Reduction in the Manufacture of Printable Perovskite Solar Modules

Among different perovskite solar cell architectures, the carbon-based (C-PSC) is a promising candidate for upscaling and commercialization related to low-cost components simple manufacturing methods. For PV technology, three parameters must be considered, corresponding efficiency, stability, cost. While efficiency lifetime of technology are focus many research groups, cost parameter less studied. This work aims provide information on C-PSC based experimental data in order give readers panoramic overview influencing fabrication process. To analyze viability this we estimated raw materials process sub-modules using two methods: registration scribing. The sub-module fabricated scribing method with 7.9% was approximately 44% than that device 6.8% prepared registration. We demonstrated due both design performance. In addition, showed 51% reduction devices by appropriate choice components, steps, equipment existing infrastructures large-scale devices.
